הנפקת הודעת חיוב
חברה תהא רשאית להנפיק תיעוד פנים שהוא הודעת חיוב שיכלול את הפרטים שלהלן;
- שם העוסק המורשה,
- מענו,
- כותרת "הודעת חיוב",
- מספר הרישום כעוסק לצורך מס ערך מוסף, לפי חוק מס ערך מוסף, תשל"ו– 1975 , הכל בדפוס;
- תאריך
- שם הלקוח
- מספריהן ותאריכיהן של החשבוניות שאליהן מתייחסת תעודת החיוב
- הסיבה לשינוי סכום חשבונית המס
- סכום החיוב ללא מס ערך מוסף
- סכום מס ערך מוסף ושיעורו בציון המלים "מס ערך מוסף"
- סכום החיוב, כולל מס ערך מוסף;
- הודעות חיוב ימוספרו בסדרת מספרים עוקבים
כללה הודעת חיוב עסקאות ששיעורי המס עליהן שונים, יצוין בנפרד כל סוג של עסקאות;
במצב בו עוסק הוציא הודעות חיוב באופן שנקבע לעיל והקטין בהתאם את מס התשומות, ובמועד מאוחר יותר קיבל הודעת זיכוי אשר הונפקה לו על ידי המוכר (הספק) חלף הודעת החיוב, העוסק לא יידרש לבצע הקטנה נוספת של מס
תשומות כתוצאה מקבלת הודעת הזיכוי, ובלבד שהודעות הזיכוי יתויקו וירשמו בספרי החשבונות של העוסק בדרך שתאפשר בדיקה ומעקב בדבר ההתאמה בין הודעות הזיכוי שהתקבלו בידי העוסק להודעות החיוב שהוצאו על ידו.
